We invite you to review our shipping and returns policy so you fully understand all terms set forth within this policy. The following terms are applicable for any products you purchased with us.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receiving the product and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement or an exchange. Due to the nature of our products, for any product to be eligible for a return, the packaging must be unopened and the seal cannot be broken in any way.

If you wish to return an item, please email info@brewstreetcoffee.com to notify us of your intent to return the product(s). Brew Street Coffee is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return of the product(s). You can send all returns to:

Once we receive your return, the product(s) will be examined to make sure the seal is still intact and unopened. The return of the product(s) will then be processed and we will notify you by email. You will be refunded the original amount you paid for the product(s). Shipping costs associated with the original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for all returns.

If you wish to exchange your product(s), please email info@brewstreetcoffee.com to notify us of your intent to exchange the product(s). Brew Street Coffee is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with sending your product(s) back to us. We will however, cover the cost of shipping to send you your exchanged items.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within six hours of placing your order. We try our best to process our orders within 6-12 hours of receiving the them. If you do not contact us within six hours to cancel your order, it will be considered a return and Brew Street Coffee will not be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return.

If you encounter a problem with your order, have any questions or concerns regarding products that you purchased, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods. You can email us at info@brewstreetcoffee.com. Please make sure to include your name, address, order number and the details of your order along with the problem you encountered. We kindly request that you give our team 24-48 hours to respond to your email.

We do not currently offer refunds for gift cards. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please be aware that during promotional periods, holidays or national crisis, you should expect shipping delays so please plan accordingly, We can only guarantee the time frame in which we ship our product(s) out and not the time frame it takes for the shipping carrier to deliver your product(s) to you.

What Do You Ship?

With the exception of our digital gift cards, which are delivered directly to the email address provided during checkout, we currently ship all product(s) to recipients living in the United States. All orders are safely packed to avoid and minimize damage during shipment.

Where Do You Ship?

We are currently shipping to all states within the USA. We hope to extend our shipping internationally and we will update our customers once we are able to ship outside the USA.

When Do You Ship?

All orders are processed within 12-24 hours of receiving the order. We strive to have all orders in transit within 24-36 business hours. Please refer to above in regards to when shipping delays may occur.

How Do You Ship?

Brew Street Coffee uses top rated shipping carriers such as FEDEX, UPS and USPS. We offer flat rate shipping at $4.95. We also offer a priority option for $9.95. Shipping times in transit vary on the destination, selected shipping rate and time of year. Our free shipping offer is limited to domestic economy through one of the carriers previously listed.
